I offer therapeutic and support services to children, adolescents into young adulthood, parents and families. Currently, I am offering services both in office and via teletherapy on a limited basis. Children & Adolescents

I provide treatment for children and adolescents with expertise in the following:

General childhood and adolescent concerns, including:
- difficulty with relationships at home or in school
- academic challenges
- problems with friends
- experiences with grief and loss
- other family changes resulting in problems for children and adolescents
Depressive and Mood Disorders
Anxiety Disorders, including General Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Panic Disorder.
Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Learning Disabilities and Executive Functioning challenges
Adjustment Disorders

I provide treatment for parents and families including:

General parenting support and education
Parent support and education for children and adolescents with depression, anxiety and other childhood mental health diagnoses
Parent/child support
Sibling support
Family support

Divorce Support

I provide support for families of divorce including:

Consults for separating and divorcing parents
Consults for custody and parenting plan development
Child specialist work with families in the collaborative divorce or mediation process
Private child custody mediation
Coaching for a parent in the CCRC or private custody mediation process
